Indian Culture & Hindi Gurukul at Montessori Welcome to Indian Culture & Hindi Gurukul at Montessori! Welcome to Gurukul – A Cultural Learning Experience!

A nurturing space (In person and Online) where children and families come together to explore Indian culture through Hindi language, stories, bhajans, shlokas, yoga, and vibrant festivals. At Gurukul, we nurture a love for Hindi – our Indian national language – and the rich heritage of Indian culture. Our fun, engaging classes include:

🗣️ Hindi Language – taught through poems, stories, worksheets, audio, and textbooks
🧘 Yoga for Parents – to relax, reconnect, and recharge
🎶 Bollywood Dance – for both kids and parents to enjoy rhythm and movement
🎉 Indian Festivals & Traditions – celebrated together with joy and meaning

Classes are held online anytime and in person on every Sunday at 4:30 PM in Irvine and Lake Forest, CA. While children enjoy learning, parents participate in yoga, followed by Bollywood dance and a friendly potluck! Our greatest advocates are the parents of our enrolled students — we encourage new families to connect with them and hear their experiences.
