Buckle up and hold on !!

What happened? Well, this has got to be the closest to the most perfect Qigong event I have had the pleasure to teach others.
It began with a Qigong-guided and interactive meditation as the sun set on Saturday evening, then transitioned into the Twilight phase, followed by the Sipping the Moon Phase, and finally, drawing from the 28 constellations. I assure you, it was much more involved than it sounds... but the timing from sunset into the evening was picture-perfect!
Of course, we finished around 9pm ... and back at it again this morning, just before the sun came up. We conducted another guided and interactive meditation that closed out the evening and set the tone for the day anew.
That was one powerful sunset and sunrise... in the desert ... specifically .... Joshua Tree.
Weather permitting, we will be conducting this one again.
As I said to the participants .... there are very few people in the history of the planet who have experienced the sunset, rising of the moon, and sunrise the way we did in their lifetime.
