Quick announcement for our USSD Lake Forest community: our studio will be CLOSED this Saturday, May 30th, because our instructors and students are heading to the USSD Karate Tournament!

📍 Where: Orange Coast College (OCC), Costa Mesa

🏆 Action: Divisions for all ages and ranks!

If you aren’t stepping onto the mat to compete, we’d still love to see you in the stands. Come out to OCC, bring the energy, and help us cheer on Team Lake Forest! Your support makes a huge difference for our competitors.

We will rest up Sunday and be back in full force on Monday, ready to hear all the tournament stories and get right back to training. Good luck to everyone competing—show them what Lake Forest is made of! 🥇🔥
