Modern Day Ink Pads vs Ink Pads from the 1800's! Recently, I toured a Printing shop from the 1800's in Upper State New York! I was fascinated at the tedious process! But couldn't help draw comparison with our ink pads we use in stamping today and the large ink balls they used! Can you imagine if our ink pads were balls like this?
