Those 5 minutes between classes are on purpose. 💙

We can tell dancers to take care of themselves, but they also need the time to actually do it. So every schedule at LoMastro builds it in: a bathroom break, a water refill, a snack, a moment to check in.

Taking care of yourself is part of your training.

What are your TWO favorite classes? And WHY?

No school? No worries!

In My Autumn Era: Swiftie No School Club campers spent their day dancing, tumbling, playing, and making new friendships that will last a lifetime. From creating friendship bracelets, performing as one of Taylor Swift’s back up dancers in training, to flying high on the aerial silks, these dancers rocked it!🪩🎤💕
