Today we're celebrating one of our amazing Teaching Artists as she begins an exciting new chapter in Denver, Colorado!

One of her favorite memories was watching a group of hesitant students transform into confident performers who eagerly shared ideas, supported one another, and created "the craziest and funniest play" she'd ever seen. Moments like these remind us of the power of theatre and arts education.

Thank you for the patience, creativity, and encouragement you've brought to Dandylyon Drama. We're so grateful for the impact you've had on our students and community, and we're excited to see all you'll accomplish as a Youth & Music Coordinator.

We’re celebrating our incredible Teaching Artist, Katie Dreessen, who is currently delighting audiences as Olaf in Frozen at the Kitsap Forest Theatre! ❄️☀️

Katie brings the same creativity, warmth, and enthusiasm to the stage that she shares with our students every week. Her performance has earned praise for balancing Olaf’s humor with genuine heart, creating a character that audiences of all ages can connect with.

We are so proud to have Katie as part of the Dandylyon Drama family and love seeing our teaching artists shine both in the classroom and on stage!
