Flashback to Tuesday, when we commenced our final week of school with a delightful Baked Potato Bar generously donated by Texas Roadhouse!

Our bellies and hearts were overflowing with joy after indulging in a sumptuous lunch of baked potatoes, accompanied by an array of delectable fixings, chili, and a refreshing salad.

We extend our deepest gratitude to all of you for your unwavering support of our school and our dedicated teachers. Your encouragement and belief in our journey mean the world to us!

That’s a wrap, 2025-26 school year! What a year it has been! We’re ending on such a high note, with our kids showcasing all the hard work they’ve put in this year, and our OMS community beaming with pride. Everyone at Oak-Land has poured their heart and soul into this year, and we’re seeing the fruits of their labor.

We bid a tearful farewell to our beloved Ms. G, who has been instrumental in setting up the systems that have brought us to this point. She has accomplished so much in her three years at Oak-Land. We will miss her dearly, but we know she’s cheering us on from afar. We are so grateful for her dedication and love for our school and our students.

🎉 Huge congratulations to our middle school students and staff! 🎉

Our school showed an amazing 80% growth on FASTBridge testing this year! 👏📚 We are so proud of all the hard work our students put in throughout the year.

The PTO loved celebrating students with prize drawings and testing incentives! 🎁

Thank you to our community for supporting the Color Run fundraiser — your donations help make incentives and celebrations like these possible for our students!

Incentives included giant candy containers, NeeDohs, Hacky Sacks,and a Starbucks and Crumbl delivery!

We continued on with Teacher Appreciatiom Thankful Thursdays with breakfast from the Jacobsen family. Our OMS staff was blown away this morning when they arrived to treats and a yogurt bar.

We still have one more opening next week do Thankful Thursdays - it can be something quick and easy, too - no pressure!

Our hearts are so full and our OMS staff is FEELING THE LOVE!

🍽️ Oak-Land Middle School PTO Dinner Nights! 🍽️

We’ve got two great dine-out nights coming up—come enjoy a meal and support our school!

📍 Texas Roadhouse

A portion of proceeds from both nights will go back to supporting Oak-Land Middle School students and activities.

We also want to give a big THANK YOU to Texas Roadhouse for generously donating lunch to our teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week—we are so grateful for their support! ❤️👩‍🏫👨‍🏫
