These free online parenting workshops will provide guidance for parents of children as they navigate the challenges, concerns, and joys of parenting. Participants may register for as few or as many workshops as they wish. The workshops are on Tuesday evenings from 7:30 to 9:00PM ET as follows:

September 8: Introduction to Positive and Adverse Childhood Experiences (PACES)
September 15: Working Together to Develop Early Literacy Skills
September 22: Back to the Basics: Skills in Infant and Toddler Care

Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention helps people with or without arthritis to improve balance. The sessions build on each other, so attending all 16 sessions is recommended. There are only 10 spots remaining! Sign up for only one time, and each person must register even if they are coming together.
