The Early Learning Coalition of Florida’s Gateway recently welcomed our America 250 Elementary Chorus and enjoyed their special performance honoring our wonderful nation’s 250th birthday.

We are so proud of our students for sharing their voices and patriotic spirit as we celebrate this historic milestone together.

We were especially honored to see the beautiful collage the Coalition created and shared at their regular Board Meeting, highlighting our students and their America 250 performance.

Our PK-2 classroom is exploring the Five Senses during Week 2, and today our little learners are discovering the sense of touch through sand painting!

Using their fingers to paint and create with sand gives our one- and two-year-olds an exciting sensory experience while strengthening fine motor skills, encouraging creativity, and helping them explore different textures. At this age, children learn best by touching, exploring, creating, and experiencing the world around them.
