Want to run a marathon? Come join our run group at The Fitness Bar. All you have to do is become a member and your run coach is free. Weekly workout to help you crush your running goals. We run every morning 5am and start our race calendars normally around October. We train year round.

Here we come Boston!!! My 18th Boston and what a blessing from God to be able to toe the line once again in Hopkinton. This year looks a bit different as I finish Boston on Monday and take off to toe the line in London for my first International Major Marathon. We are beyond blessed and give all the glory to God. Prayers for Safety.
