These first 2 weeks of school have been amazing!

We've worked hard and played hard, explored what the classroom has to offer, gotten to know each other, read a lot of books, and did crafts - all while working on reading, language, math, Spanish, critical thinking, etc!

We'll dive more into science and social studies next week, but I'm so proud of our students! They have shown kindness and compassion. They have worked on talking out difficult feelings. And I've already seen academic progress in each of them.

Looking forward to next week and the rest of the school year!

This is our approach to learning at Radiant Grace. Both for the teacher and the kids.

For teachers - if a child isn't grasping a concept how we're teaching, we change the way we're teaching.

For students - if they're working on a project and something doesn't work how they were thinking it would - it's not failure! It's a sign to try again in a different way.

This helps ensure students learn, students learn to keep trying, and students are more prepared for all the curve balls life will throw at them.

We meet M-Th from 12:30-4:30 in the lower level of the Lake City United Methodist Church. We are a Christian school (though no affiliation with the Methodist church) with a family atmosphere. We help children discover who they were created to be and live that out! We teach the core subjects and many specials.

School starts Sept. 1st, so still time to join us before the first day!

Tuition is $400/month with financial assistance available.

With Radiant Grace Learning, I strive to let God's love have this ripple effect through me, and I also teach the students that their lives have a ripple effect. This ripple effect is why we teach solid, biblical principles and why we work towards community involvement and senior citizen interaction.

While our elementary class is definitely structured, it also definitely includes noise, laughter, questions, movement, and yes, even chaos!

Our alternative schedule of meeting M-Th from 12:30-4:30 gives families a chance for slower mornings, extended family time, and time for children to just be kids! All while giving our kids a quality education.

Tuition is $400/month from September - May. Financial assistance is available if that's all that's keeping you from us!

Movement is definitely encouraged at Radiant Grace Learning in Lake City! As is exploration and curiosity!

We are an alternative Christian elementary school. Meeting Mondays through Thursdays from 12:30-4:30.

This is true. Still, children come to school as whole beings. All of us are multi-faceted beings with needs in all areas.

At Radiant Grace Learning, we come with the expectation that we're working with whole children. In order to do so successfully, we work to build relationships with each child (and their families). That is why, our class size is limited to 6 children. So we can do our best for the kids entrusted to us - in all ways.

We still have openings for the 2026-2027 school year for elementary students! We meet Mondays through Thursdays from 12:30-4:30 in the lower level of the Lake City United Methodist Church (though not affiliated with them in our Christian approach). At this age and with this small class size, this time gives us plenty of time to teach children all they need in each subject area plus extras. It also gives time for children to explore their own interests and have free play outside of school (which is vital to their academic growth as well).
