You asked for it, and we are delivering! FDTC’s Corporate and Workforce Development is launching a basic Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) course in late summer. The class is conveniently offered over two Saturdays, August 12 and 19, at the SiMT, on FDTC’s main campus. A basic understanding of, and previous experience with, PLCs is a course pre-requisite. Do you hire electricians, electrician helpers, etc. in your organization? You know how important well trained employees are to your bottom line, and how hard it is to find skilled tradespeople.

FDTC’s Corporate and Workforce Development will be offering a new evening course this fall, leading to the National Center for Construction and Education (NCCER) Level One electrical certification. We are also in the process of trying to expand registered apprenticeship programs into the electrical trade.

Please join us for an informational breakfast to discuss hiring graduates from our electrical program, apprenticeships, and enrolling current employees for additional or refresher training.
