McNeese PRIME had a WONDERFUL time at the 24th annual Step Up for Down Syndrome walk hosted by Down Syndrome Association of SWLA! The weather was perfect—a beautiful day to celebrate a BEAUTIFUL cause!

Check out McNeese PRIME’s very own student, Zander Gray! The SWLA community showed up for these folks, and it was such a beautiful celebration!

To ring in Fall Break and to get a hands-on lesson in problem solving (a recent topic in PRIME 101-Independent Living coursework), the students all came together for a game of Tetris! The students really hit their stride by the final round! Making blocks of different shapes fit in to one space was a wonderful visual for how to identify, assess, and solve a problem!
