McNeese State held its fifth annual “Victory Day” at Navarre Stadium on Tuesday, giving children in the community with physical and cognitive special needs the chance to experience playing in a college football stadium.

McNeese PRIME wants to extend a very special congratulations to our very own intern, Shelly Simmons! She will be graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a concentration in Family Science! Fun fact: upon graduation, she will also be eligible to apply for her certification as a Family Life Educator! Mrs. Shelly is off to pursue a master’s degree, and she is going to crush it! The time we spent with her this semester was so fun and special, and we sure loved having her around! She is going to do great things!!
