🚨 WEATHER UPDATE – LCCA 4–8 Summer School Program🚨
Out of an abundance of caution and due to the threat of substantial rainfall in our area, Lake Charles Charter Academy 4-8 will be closed on Tuesday, June 16.
The safety of our students, families, and staff remains our top priority. We will continue to monitor weather conditions and will provide updates regarding Wednesday’s reopening as information becomes available.

📣 Attention LCCA Families (Incoming grades 6–8):
Uniforms for the 2026–2027 school year consist of a white oxford shirt, plaid skirt (girls), plaid cross tie (girls) or bow tie, and plaid tie, khaki or navy shorts or pants (Shorts must be no shorter than finger tip length) Navy polo is optional.
Please note: Ties are required for all students in Grades 7–8.

We are thrilled to officially announce Baseball with Head Coach Demetrius Gatewood ⚾️and Tennis 🎾 with Head Coach Chantalle Anthony at LCCA. Also we have Keonta Hair as our defensive coordinator for football and assistant baseball coach.
These additions bring even more opportunities for our students to grow, compete, and showcase their talents both on and off the field. We can’t wait to see our athletes build teamwork, sportsmanship, and school spirit through these new programs!
