📚 One Million Words Starts with One Good Book!

Mrs. Bellard’s AP English IV students kicked off the school year and their Million Word Reading Challenge with a visit to the library to find their first great read!

With one million words ahead of them, every page counts. Here’s to a year filled with great books, new perspectives, and plenty of pages turned! 📖💙🧡

📣 Kicking Off the Year with Saint Spirit! 💙🧡

We brought the energy to our Back-to-School Academic Pep Rally as we celebrated the start of another great year at St. Louis Catholic! 😇

Our SAINTS cheered for our teachers, enjoyed performances from our cheerleaders, Sweethearts, and Show Choir, and joined in some friendly competition with games throughout the rally.

It was the perfect way to come together as a school community, celebrate our Saints, and get excited for all that this new school year has in store.

📣 Meet Mrs. Amber! 🧡💙

Originally from DeQuincy, Mrs. Amber brings 25 years of cheer coaching experience, including the last 5️⃣ years at SLCHS. When she's not leading the Saints Cheerleading program, you'll find her building relationships with fellow faculty members at after-hours socials. 😇

✝🙏🏻Her favorite thing about SLCHS? "The opportunity to build a faith-filled, family-oriented program where athletes grow into confident leaders."

📝On her campus wish list: a dedicated cheer space and storage area for her team.

From dirt work to NOW! 🏗️💙🧡

What a difference!! What once looked like an open stretch of dirt is quickly becoming the future home of our SAINTS. With buildings taking shape and our new campus coming to life, every ✨update✨ makes it a little easier to imagine walking these halls.

The progress is incredible, and the best is still to come. The New Lou is taking shape! ⚜️🧡💙
