Advanced Vibration Analysis - ISO CAT III

Course Description:
Students who successfully complete the Advanced Applied Vibration Analysis course will be able to compute statistical alarms, interpret Lissajous Orbits, and apply advanced FFT techniques (i.e. Synchronous Time Averaging, Order Tracking and Demodulation) and time domain analysis on a variety of machine assemblies. This class is intended for maintenance technicians and engineers who want an advanced course in vibration analysis.
The course follows Category III Guidelines Established by ISO 18436-2, "Condition monitoring and diagnostics of machine - Requirements for training and certification of personnel - Part 2: Vibration condition monitoring and diagnostics"

Course Description:
This nationally recognized training program is designed to provide an entry career pathway for safety professionals who have experience in the construction field or who are seeking an entry-level position in the construction industry. This course was developed by the NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research) to respond to the needs for trained safety personnel on their job sites. The program covers 27 major modules, including 29 CFR 1903 (OSHA Inspections), 1904 (Record keeping and Injury Classifications), 1910 (General Industry) as well as 1926 (Construction Industry) regulations.

Dynamic Balancing - Catergory IV

Course Description:
In this hands-on dynamic balancing course, the students will learn how to properly identify and diagnose unbalance as well as perform single and two plane field balancing. Attendees will diagnose unbalance using phase analysis coupled with traditional spectral analysis and will learn the single plane vector method in order to understand the balancing procedure. Tips and tricks from years of experience are shared with students throughout the course to ensure they can successfully perform dynamic balancing in the field.
