We are excited to officially welcome Mrs. Nancy Johnson to our Cooley family as our new Assistant Principal! Mrs. Johnson brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, along with a heart for students and a passion for education. She is also a proud parent of a T.S. Cooley alum, making this opportunity even more special!

Nancy Johnson will serve as the new Assistant Principal of T.S. Cooley Elementary Magnet School! Ms. Johnson is a veteran educator with over 20 years of experience, including eight years in an assistant principal role. She is known for efficiently managing key campus responsibilities, including evaluations, discipline, scheduling, and Title I documentation, all while maintaining strong attention to detail. Ms. Johnson brings deep expertise in curriculum, assessment, and instructional planning, helping guide teachers toward improved student outcomes. She builds trust through active listening, thoughtful problem-solving, and a commitment to ensuring every voice is heard. With extensive experience in LER and NIET evaluation systems, she provides meaningful feedback and coaching to support staff growth. We are proud to welcome Ms. Johnson to the T.S. Cooley Elementary Magnet family!

Scripps National Spelling Bee

As summer officially begins, final report cards are headed your way! Students’ report cards will be mailed home today, so keep an eye on the mailbox.
