Congratulations to our Teacher of the Week, Mrs. Ashley Hoffpauir, from Bell City High School!
Mrs. Hoffpauir is a 2010 graduate of Bell City High School, a 2014 graduate of McNeese State University, and a 2016 graduate of University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has been married to her husband, Jarad, for 11 years, and they have 3 children, Edith, Emilia, and Ellis. Mrs. Hoffpauir was a physical therapist for 10 years and felt that she was being called to education. She followed that calling back to Bell City High School, where she is now employed as a first-year teacher. Her motto this year is "be a sponge", which means she is learning everything she can from whoever is willing to teach her. She feels that there have been so many wonderful people willing to teach her so far this year, both at the school and parish level.
Bell City High School and the CPSB Department of Special Services are thrilled to have her on our teams and proud to name her as our Teacher of the Week!
