Recital Recap Part 3: Sophie Medwick, saxophone, closed out our final week of woodwind recitals with a stunning senior recital performance. The program showcased artistry, poise, and musical depth. Many thanks to her collaborators Dr. HaeJu Choi, piano, Dr. Lina Morita, piano and the Eterna Quartet for contributing to a fantastic evening of music. Congratulations to Sophie on ending the semester on such a high note!

Recital Recap Part 2: It was an exciting afternoon of chamber music and saxophone repertoire from Andrew Evans, saxophone, in his senior recital! Wonderful job to the Eterna Quartet for joining him on Volcanic Ash and thanks to Dr. HaeJu Choi, piano, for a wonderful collaboration. Congratulations, Andrew, on a strong and memorable performance!

Recital Recap Part 1: We had three fantastic student recitals in the final week of the semester. First off, Congratulations to Tiana González, saxophone, on an outstanding saxophone recital! Tiana performed an impressive and engaging program with beautiful musicality. Special thanks to her collaborators Dr. HaeJu Choi, piano, and Luke Pacetti, marimba. We are excited to see what is next in her musical journey!

Fantastic performance of Mozart's Coronation Mass by the McNeese Choirs last night and congratulations to McNeese reed studio members Timothy Bruney (tenor) who sang in the choir and clarinets, Lauren Keeley and Royce Singletary who performed in the orchestra. Bravo Everyone! ✨️👏🎶
