Can a person truly change? 🤔
Students in 7th gr ELA examined this unit question in detail by turning the classroom into a courtroom and putting the main character from our novel “Restart” on trial. ⚖️
They had to work collaboratively on different sections of the case and present their evidence based findings. Together they concluded with a final verdict of “Yes!” A person can truly change. 🤗

Mrs. Stutes 7th grade math in action! 🧮✨ Today we used visuals and highlighters to break numbers apart, find opposites that cancel out, and rearrange problems to make them easier to solve.📝

Classroom takeaway: Look for numbers that work well together—you don’t always have to solve a problem the “hard way”! 💡
