I hope you are good. I wonder if you can help. I’m in the process of hiring a Central production Director here at Woodside and what I have noticed is we do not have a comprehensive technical assessment for candidates. By any chance, do you know if there is one out there or you have any ideas to help assess candidates? I know an in person practical assessment like producing a service is important but what about that can I be looking for specifically?
