I am 61 years young, with a passion for life, people, God, health & fitness and enjoying everyday to the fullest! My husband and I have been married for 40 years, we have two wonderful sons, two precious daughter-in-laws and two granddaughters that bring us so much joy! I love being a Life Coach because it enables me to do what I believe I was born to do, and that is to champion people. I love hel
