Your excuses are not invited. You are.

Some of the reasons we’ve heard for not auditioning:
“I’m not good enough.”
“I’ve never auditioned before.”
“I’m not a theatre person.”
“I’m too busy.”
“I can’t sing or dance.”
“I’m not a soloist!”

But here’s the thing: if you love Jesus, have enthusiasm, and are willing to step outside your comfort zone, you’re probably more ready than you think.

You can learn. You can sing with the group. You don’t have to attend every rehearsal. You don’t need years of theatre experience.

So what reasons are left not to audition? NONE. ZILCH. ZIP. 😊

Just come. We’ll figure out the rest together. Bring your voice, your culture, your testimony, and your willingness to be part of something meaningful.

Audition for BYU–Hawaii’s Fall 2026 production of Savior of the World: His Birth and Resurrection—a sacred, intercultural musical drama coming to the PCC Pacific Theater.

We’re seeking actors, singers, dancers, and musicians to help bring the story of Jesus Christ to life. All experience levels are welcome, with roles spanning ages 8 through the 60s. We especially invite performers grounded in the cultures of Asia and the Pacific—and musicians who play traditional or culturally distinctive instruments.

📅 Auditions: August 29 and September 1–3

🎭 Performances: November 28–29 and December 2, 2026
