Designed by Ben Crenshaw and Bill Coore, the course was designed on a grand scale in keeping with its location on the slopes of the West Maui Mountains and offers dramatic ocean views from virtually every hole. As part of the Hawaiʻi community, all of us at Kapalua Golf extend our heartfelt support to everyone affected by Hurricane Lala and our gratitude to those leading relief and recovery efforts.

Kapalua Golf sustained only minor impacts, and the Plantation Course remains open.

Our owner, Tadashi Yanai, has personally donated $3 million to support emergency relief through Aloha United Way, Hawaiʻi Community Foundation, Global Empowerment Mission, Hua Momona Foundation and Hawaiian Council. UNIQLO USA will also provide up to 50,000 items of clothing to those in need.

We remain committed to supporting Hawaiʻi as recovery continues.
