We’re excited to announce that Payam Zamani has generously donated 200 copies of his USA Today bestselling book, Crossing the Desert, for our Success Summit guests!
The first 200 attendees will receive a complimentary copy! Crossing the Desert by Payam Zamani is a powerful story of resilience, entrepreneurship, and purpose. From arriving in America as a young refugee to building a billion-dollar company, Payam’s journey reminds us that success is rarely a straight line.
It is about navigating uncertainty, overcoming setbacks, holding onto your values, and finding opportunity even during life’s most difficult chapters.
That is exactly what our Success Summit is about. We want entrepreneurs to hear not only about success, but about the struggles, risks, failures, and perseverance behind it.
We are incredibly grateful to Payam Zamani for generously donating 200 copies of Crossing the Desert to our Summit.
Join us at the UCI Beall Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship for an evening of real stories, real lessons, and meaningful connections with successful founders, entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders.

Last week, we attended the Innovators Journey, hosted by the Greater Irvine Chamber at Karma Automotive in Irvine.

We were thrilled to meet Ryan Honary, an inspiring 18-year-old Iranian American innovator. Ryan recognized a serious problem while he was only in fifth grade and worked tirelessly to develop a solution: SensorRy AI, an innovative technology designed to help detect and monitor wildfires.

Ryan began his journey at Stanford University this week, and we look forward to watching him soar!

The introductory video also showcased Ramin Mousavi, who sold his company, CathWorks, last year, and Peimon Montazemi of Finally Quiet. We were proud to have previously honored both Ramin and Peimon at our Holiday Yalda Celebration.

It is always inspiring to see members of our community turning bold ideas into meaningful solutions. Congratulations to all!
