Introducing to the kids and teens the creative art of sewing, kids and teens will learn to know the sewing machine and safety tips, basic stitches by hand sewing and hemming with the sewing machine, learn to choose the fabric, trace the pattern on the fabric, cut the fabric and learning different techniques including fun creative projects, learning accessories and basic clothes. Teens creative sewing atelier class which allow teens discover the sense of style, improving their sewing techniques, drape on an dress form, flat patterns, design and create their own basic styles, allowing them to create their own costumes. Kids and teens will have the concepts to express their ideas learning fashion drawings and illustrations through artistic of the fashion figure with real sizes, showing apparel on the body and in a flat form for technical purpose. Kids and teens will open their creativity by learning the art of sewing and design, which include hours of concentration and practice of Math, addition, subtraction, division and multiplication, learning to use the tools like the measuring tape, cut with precision the fabric, straight, curves and corners, learning creative life skills building self-confidence, self-esteem and pursuit their creativity.
