Yes, the Deaf in Mexico have a language, and in case you have never seen it... here it is. Lengua de Señas Mexicana, which most Mexicans do not learn at school starting in preschool, but through their acquaintances two decades later. This is the first reason Hands That Talk looks for donors: to pay Sign Language teachers who instruct Deaf children their beautiful and most natural way of communication! Thank you donors!

Deaf and happy! All Deaf would be really happy if they had fluent signed communication at home and society offered them a Deaf program of education. Thanks for sharing Nyle. Hands That Talk exists precisely because the Deaf youth in Ensenada does not have fluent signed communication at home, nor a program for them in the public school system in the entire city of Ensenada.
