Meet your not so average trainer… Glenn

We asked Glenn a few questions so you could get to know the guy behind the shakes.

Your RARE class energy in 3 words:
Challenging. Fun. Encouraging.

The move you could teach all day:
SKATING. “We live and operate in a sagittal world, so I always train the abductors.”

The move you love to sneak into a routine:
Twisted Bear.

The sentence your clients hear ALL the time:
“Knee over ankle. Shin perpendicular to the floor.”

Your ideal teaching soundtrack:
Metallica. 🤘
But high energy EDM will do.

Before Lagree, you were…
A retired Systems Engineer in High Tech Sales and a ski instructor during the winter.

Something most clients would never guess about you:
“I used to manage the operation of a nuclear power plant 800 feet underwater… so I glow in the dark now.”

Yep. You read that correctly. 😂

Life outside the studio in one word:
Outdoorsy.

Something you’re really into right now:
Skiing. ⛷️

If you weren’t teaching Lagree, what would you be doing?
“Taking Lagree and being a private ski instructor traveling around the world with my bazillionaire clients.”

And finally…

You should book my class when…
“You need the best workout of your life.”

Enough said.
