Register to come learn about:
#1: Participants will be able to distinguish between grit as a hypothetical trait and grit as an operant pattern by identifying at least three environmental variables (e.g., reinforcement timing, response effort, stimulus control) that increase or decrease persistence in professional settings.
#2: Participants will be able to analyze instances of burnout or ethical drift by conducting a functional assessment that identifies smaller-sooner reinforcers maintaining avoidance or indulgent responding.
#3: Participants will be able to design and describe one environmental modification (antecedent or consequence-based) that increases the probability of selecting larger-later reinforcers over smaller-sooner reinforcers in their own professional behavior.
