Having trouble keeping up with your goals?

💥 Try listing reasons of why you must do whatever it is you have set to do.

💥 Really focus on those reasons and make a list why you MUST get it done. That is the difference between something that has to be done versus wishful thinking.

💥 Connect to that reason in an emotional way and visualize your desired outcome as if it is already been accomplished.

💥 Do it consistently and turn it into a habit!
