The Dojo

The Dojo The Dojo is dedicated to mental, physical and spiritual development through Martial Arts training.

The Chinese characters in our insignia are pronounced "Wu De" (woo-duh), which translate to Martial Virtue. Wu De represents the values of respect, honor, dignity, loyalty, dedication and honesty that form the soul of the Martial Artist. Our teachings are rooted in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu self-defense, however we commonly blend concepts and techniques from other Martial Arts into our lessons.
