Explore Ākāśa ✨
The space within.
Ākāśa (आकाश) is the Sanskrit word for space, vastness, and the boundless field that connects all things.
Sedona’s vortexes are often described as places of heightened energy, but what I notice most is the space they create.
Space to breathe.
To notice. To listen. Space to step back from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with what matters most.
Sitting among the red rocks, surrounded by endless sky and ancient earth, I was reminded that clarity often arrives when we stop trying to force it and instead create enough space for it to emerge on its own, from our heart.
In our Saturday morning Gentle Yoga & Breathwork class, we’ll explore Ākāśa through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and moments of stillness that help us cultivate greater openness and inner ease.
Here’s your invitation to create space within and discover what is waiting there.
Love,

Have you ever noticed how much energy it takes to carry everything in your head? 😵💫
The to-do lists, conversations, worries and decisions…
things you keep meaning to process but never quite slow down enough to face.
One of the simplest practices I come back to again and again is journaling.
Not because every entry is profound, but simply because putting thoughts on paper creates space to see things more clearly and understand what we are truly feeling.
Research continues to show that journaling can support emotional resilience, reduce stress, improve clarity, and even positively impact physical health.
Healing doesn’t always begin with a big breakthrough.
Sometimes it begins with a pen, a piece of paper, and a few quiet minutes with yourself.
Have you journaled recently? 🩵

We live in a world that teaches us how to stay distracted, but rarely how to truly rest. 💤
Scrolling. Staying busy. A glass of wine at the end of the day. Constant noise in the background.
These things may offer temporary relief, but they don’t always create the deep sense of safety and regulation our nervous systems are craving.
When we learn how to regulate our nervous system, we stop needing so many escapes and start experiencing more peace, clarity, and presence in everyday life.
What helps you feel truly rested? 🤍

Explore Vikāsa ✨
Expansion. Blossoming. Unfolding.
Vikāsa (विकास) is a Sanskrit word meaning expansion, growth, or blossoming. It speaks to the natural unfolding that occurs when we create space for something new to emerge.
Growth often begins with an open heart and a willingness to step beyond what is familiar into what is possible.
Traveling through France was such an all encompassing experience of vikasa for me!
When we slow down, breathe deeply, and create space for what is ready to unfold.
In our Saturday morning Gentle Yoga & Breathwork class, we’ll explore Vikāsa through mindful movement, expansive breath, and practices that help us open to greater ease and possibility.
An invitation to expand and blossom into more of who you already are.

Christine 🩵

Happy Monday, radiant souls 🌞✨
I think many of us put pressure on ourselves to wake up feeling energized, positive, and ready to take on the week. Then when we don’t, it’s easy to assume something is wrong or that we’re already falling behind.
The truth is, some mornings are harder than others. You might wake up tired, carrying stress from last week, worrying about something ahead, or simply feeling a little off. That’s part of being human 🧘♀️
What matters most is how you care for yourself from there.
Your nervous system doesn’t need perfection. It responds to the small things we do throughout the day that remind our bodies we’re safe, supported, and allowed to slow down when needed.
If today feels heavy, be gentle with yourself. Start with the next right thing, not the entire week. Wishing you a peaceful Monday and a week filled with a little more ease.
With love,
Christine 🩵

Explore Hṛdaya ✨
The heart center.
Hṛdaya (हृदय) is the Sanskrit word for heart. Not only the physical heart, but the deeper center of our being,
the seat of consciousness, our spiritual heart.
The place where we experience connection, compassion, gratitude, and a sense of belonging to something greater than ourselves.
Sitting in the quiet beauty of the Tuscan countryside, I was reminded that the heart often speaks most clearly when we slow down enough to listen. Away from the noise, the rushing, and the constant doing, there is a steadier rhythm waiting beneath it all. Yoga invites us back to this place.
In tomorrow’s Gentle Yoga & Breathwork class, we’ll explore Hṛdaya through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and moments of stillness that help us reconnect with ourselves from the inside out.
An invitation to soften, to listen and to return to your heart.
