📣This month, the PTO meeting scheduled for February will not take place. The next meeting will occur on Monday, March 10th at 5.

Dear Families,
Thank you for your patience as we had to postpone, reschedule, and again postpone the Winter Formal. Unfortunately, we are not going to be able to reschedule again, so the PTO will be issuing refunds for those students who purchased tickets.
💙 Refunds will be provided DURING ALL LUNCHES on Monday, February 9th. Students MUST come to the PTO table during lunch to receive an envelope with the $25 refund. 💙 Students MUST show your school ID OR Infinite Campus to receive your refund.

A few considerations:
💛 If your date purchased your ticket, the refund will be issued to the person whose name is on the ticket. Please get the money back from your friend.
💛 If you purchased a ticket for a non-THS student, the original purchaser will be provided the refund. This will be based on the guest's form that was completed and submitted to the office.
💛 Refunds are cash, and students will sign when they receive the envelope. THS PTO is not responsible for funds once students have signed to receive their refund.

Troup County High School Students:

We are excited for Winter Formal 2026 this coming Saturday, January 31st!
Burrow Warehouse will be open for you to take pictures with your friends and families from 6 until 6:45. They will reopen at 8pm for students who have tickets. Please remember to bring a form of identification and your ticket. (Tickets may NOT be transferred or sold.)
The dance ends at 10:30.

Out of an abundance of caution with the impending winter weather potential this weekend, the Troup High School PTO Board, THS Administrators, and Burrow Warehouse, have decided to postpone the winter formal until January 31, 2026. With the inconsistent weather reports, we agree that it is in the best interest of the safety of our children to reschedule this event. We apologize for the inconvenience that this might cause to your family, but we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
