It's been a while, but working full time, selling a house, packing a house, moving a house, coaching a high school golf team takes precedence over a "side hustle". However, today I worked my last day at my full time job, and you know what that means... (more to follow)

Coming home from working a golf tournament, today, and the wifey asked me to stop by HEB on my way home and pick up milk, butter, and chicken thighs. I went a little overboard in the meat department, but picked up some beautiful salmon filets, turkey breasts, and chicken thighs. When I got home, I could not resist the urge to fire up the pit!

I'll edit later with additional picks of the finished products, but I bet they will be "to die for"!

I know it has been a while since my last post, but we are still here. It has just been busy with our regular jobs and just haven't been picturing and posting much. Here are a few pics of things we have been doing for the past month. Enjoy the view, knowing that it tastes as good as it looks!

I wanted to thank everyone who ate with us today. It was a pleasure serving you and I hope that you had a wonderful Texas Trinity experience. Enjoy your time off with your family and friends. Also, trying out a new recipe for our vegetarian clientele. We're doing a brisket rub smoked califlower... We'll see how it turns out!
