🎶 Music Teachers Wanted! 🎶

We are opening up our music studio to a few independent music teachers who are looking for a professional place to teach and grow their student base.

The studio includes:
🎹 Piano & keyboard
🎸 Instruments available to try or rent
🔊 Amps with plugins
🎤 Small performance stage for student recitals or showcases
🎼 Comfortable teaching space with everything you need to get started

Rental Options
• $75 per teaching day
• Ideally, you’ll reserve the same day each week (for example, every Wednesday of the month) and pay a monthly rate. This gives you consistency and your students a predictable schedule.

Our goal is to have a handful of great instructors sharing the space, making it affordable for everyone while creating a thriving music community.

If you’re a musician who’s been thinking about teaching—or you’d like to expand your current studio—we’d love to talk with you. We are also happy to help market your lessons, refer students, and support you as you build your teaching business.

✨ Community togetherness is truly something special! ✨

Months and months of practice all culminated this past Sunday at the Second Annual Tea Party Recital hosted by Sargent Strings and the Texas Academy of Ballet at K-Oaks Clubhouse. What an unforgettable afternoon it was!

There is something so inspiring about watching young performers bravely step onto a stage, pour their hearts into their performances, and shine in their own unique way. From the talented singers, musicians, and dancers, each child brought personality, courage, passion, and so much heart to the spotlight. 💕🎶🩰

For those unfamiliar, this special event invites each table host to decorate their own tea party-themed table — from linens to fine china and centerpieces. Every table added its own charm and personality, making the afternoon feel even more magical and welcoming. ☕🌸✨

Family, friends, and neighbors filled the room with encouragement and applause, creating such a warm and supportive atmosphere for these talented kids. Every performance was a reminder that confidence grows when a community comes together to cheer one another on.

What an amazing recital and celebration of talent, hard work, creativity, and heart! 🌟
