He has hit the ground running with organizing our band room, planning and teaching engaging lessons, and working to build up Fisher’s band program. Congratulations to our Support Employee of the Year Mrs. Denise Hertz! Mrs. Denise is always on the go, ready to help. In fact, we couldn’t even get her to stay in one place long enough to surprise her today! Just like every day, she was on a mission to help a student. Whether it’s proctoring a test, teaching a lesson one on one, covering for a teacher, helping in the office, or monitoring students at lunch, we can can always count on Mrs. Denise to be there. She is kind, dependable, cares about students, and just a lot of fun to be around! Congratulations Mrs. Denise!💜💛🐊

Congratulations to our Teacher of the Year Mrs. Krystral Christen! Mrs. Christen demonstrates a love for her students and the Fisher school community each day. This year alone she has picked up two new courses with journalism and DE English, became a Teacher Leader Fellow, started a student newspaper, helped start a morning news show, started managing football operations, helped plan two pep rallies, organized lemonade sales, sponsored several clubs, and did it all while being a dynamic teacher. She is always willing to help whenever it is needed and is most deserving of this honor. Congratulations Mrs. Christen! 💜💛🐊
