We’ll be at the Lafayette Art & Wine Festival! Come meet the parents who make our school run. We’ll have fun activities for kids, school spirit gear and little giveaways at our booth, Space 910, at the Family Zone in La Fiesta Square. We want to meet YOU and share what makes our school special, particularly the experience of being part of a parent-participation preschool.

Happy back to school season, families! If your child just started TK, it’s not too late to enroll them in our 4-5s afternoon class:

Monday—Thursday
12:30–3:30 PM
$483 a month (~$30 a day)

If you’re enrolled in LNS, we’re looking forward to seeing you on the first day of school, September 1st!

For the first time ever, Lafayette Nursery School will be part of the Lafayette Res Run for Education!

In 2025, the event raised $37k for local public schools. This year when you register, you can select LNS and we’ll receive 10% of the registration fee. You can also donate directly to us while signing up. Early registration prices end June 30th!

LNS families, get your little runners pumped for the 2-mile Fun Run! Also, make sure to invite family and friends to register using our school name. 🏃‍♀️

Sunday, October 18, 2026 from 7:30-10:30am
2-Mile Fun Run – 8:45am
5K – 8:00am
10K – 8:15am

Starting Line is on Mount Diablo Blvd, Lafayette, between Moraga Road and Oak Hill Road

It’s almost here! Science Day of Discovery is May 2nd. Tickets are $5 per child (adults are free). You can buy them in advance at www.givebutter.com/scienceday

Stations include live animal encounters (snakes, a pig named Cookie Dough, bees and more! 🐍 🐖 🐝), erupting volcanoes 🌋 , rocket launches🚀, dinosaur digs 🦕 , bubbles 🫧 , magnets 🧲 , microscopes🔬, circuit boards and so much more. Come on down!
