Spice It Up With Neha - An Indian cooking class demystifying Indian food! Many options are available for vegans and those on alternative diets.
A new North Indian cooking class offered at the chef's residence in Lafayette, Colorado! Neha is an active member of the Boulder county community, including offering classes to local non-profits. She teaches authentic North Indian homestyle cooking in the cozy environment of her home kitchen. Enterprising students will learn how to shop for authentic Indian ingredients at local grocers plus prepar

Aloo Paratha (Traditional Indian bread stuffed with spiced potatoes)
