Happy International Women's Day! 🤗

Over the years, more "international days" are being celebrated around the globe, and as I pause to reflect on how this day came about and what it means to me, I couldn't help but notice that the resemblance of the "8" in today and in one of the businesses I represent!

"8" is not just a number, in Chinese culture, it represents prosperity. And if you lay it on it's side, it becomes the "infinity" symbol.

International Women's Day, as explained by Wikipedia, is a day "commemorate the cultural, political, and socioeconomic achievements of women." This is a continual process, just as our walk towards a healthier lifestyle is a continual process, never ending, "infinity." And as we're achieving all the things that are important to us, we can live prosperously, in fulfillment, contentment and joy.

So, celebrate YOUR achievements 🙌, no matter how big or small. For me, it's a day to pause and reflect, on how far I've come, and where I want to go! One thing for sure, is that I couldn't have done it without all of you, my community of support, believers, and cheerleaders.

Thanks for being here, I want to celebrate YOU! ❤️
