Lafayette Elementary School’s Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) unites families, students, teachers, administrators, businesspeople, and community leaders devoted to children’s educational success and parents’ involvement in schools. Our PTO is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit association that prides it
self on being a powerful voice for all children, a relevant resource for families and communities, and a strong advocate for public education.
Lafayette Elementary PTO strives to build a strong partnership between faculty and families by providing diverse opportunities for involvement. PTO funds sponsor various educational experiences and materials not allocated for in the school budget, including: school supplies to support Home Learning, a literacy paraprofessional, Teacher Appreciation Week, and more
