Can you believe it? We are down to 6 months to the most exciting time of the year - THE LAECA ANNUAL CONFERENCE!

AND THIS YEAR?? We are celebrating 60 years of the diamonds in Early Childhood Education, and that's YOU (and our Louisiana Littles)! :)

Help us take a trip down memory lane of the last 60 years as we plan to move forward for the next 60 years! Woohooo! The committee has been planning diligently, and we pray it is as nostalgic as the LAECA Conference has been for each of us over the years, down to learning opportunities, food, memories, and fun shenanigans!

Today, the committee interviewed a potential Keynote Speaker. Want to guess who it could be? Hint: An author! 💙🩵🩶

Let's get excited, let's get connected, and let's continue to be the best learning family for each of us as we navigate this year's 60th Annual Conference, as well as, the NEXT 60 years!!

We are so excited to share with you this collaborative project around the arts in ECE! I hope you are as excited as we were!

One of my favorite articles was the one on promoting diversity through reading multicultural books about children around the world and then, creating mixed media paper dolls from your readings! Which was your favorite? Comment below!
