Tryouts are a chance to show us your game—and to see how we coach.

The small moments matter: a coach takes time with one athlete, and the whole group gets to learn from it. That’s the kind of work we’re excited to begin with our next group of players.

Lafayette 10U–14U Club tryouts are Sunday, October 4. Details and registration: cajunelite.net

Club or Club Lite? Finding the right fit starts with understanding how teams are formed. 🏐

Club uses tryouts to evaluate and select athletes. Club Lite offers placement-based options, including Grassroots and Local.

The key difference within Club Lite: Grassroots families can request teammates, and teams are built around roster numbers. In Local, everyone makes a team, but athletes are divided by skill level through a more competitive placement process.

Swipe through the comparison, then explore your options at cajunelite.net. Questions? Message us your athlete’s age group and practice city.

One missed pass doesn’t tell us everything about a player. What happens afterward tells us more.

Do you get ready for the next ball? Keep talking to your teammates? Take a correction and try to use it?

You can be frustrated and still do those things. Learning to respond is part of becoming a better volleyball player—and it’s something we pay attention to at Cajun Elite.

Bring your effort, your willingness to learn, and your next rep. We’ll get to work together.

More chances to be seen. More information to get placement right. 🌶️🏐

First Look gives our coaches an early opportunity to evaluate athletes through skill stations and game play. Those evaluations count alongside tryout and callback evaluations, helping us build a fuller picture of each player.

For athletes, it’s another day to show what they can do, get comfortable in our gym, and work with our coaches.

📅 Sunday, September 27
