SUMMER! We have lots of new updates in progress at Acadiana High School! Construction continues on the new wing as well as the connecting road from Domingue Ave. See you all in August, and we hope that everyone has a great Summer!

Bella excels in and beyond the classroom as a member of Acadiana High FFA as well as Acadiana High National Honor Society. Acadiana Wreckin' Ram Football hosted the 1st Annual Acadiana Pro Day with student athletes ranging from grades 5th-8th! Over 120 participants showcased their skills through various drills, as well as the 40 yard dash for fastest man in camp. Great job to all who participated and we look forward to seeing all of our future Wreckin' Rams!

Senior Spotlight: what started out as a pixel art project in Mrs. McCoy's digital media class turned into a series of Wreckin' Ram themed animation projects inspired by 8-bit video games. The Retro Ram series is just one example of Madison Ebarb's creativity and skills throughout her time here at Acadiana. Along with being an editor for WRP this year, she's earned certifications in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro across multiple years of taking digital media courses. Congratulations to the Class of 2026's Madison Ebarb!

WRP CLIP OF THE YEAR: with less than a minute to-go in the 4th quarter, Acadiana Wreckin' Ram Football takes the go-ahead lead 21-14 to win an amazing week 10 matchup against Carencro; securing the district 3-5A title. BIG shoutout to Mamdouh Qamhiyeh, Class of 2026, for capturing the WRP Clip of the Year!!

As the year comes to a close, we're looking back to one of the best moments of 2025-2026. Lady Ram Basketball's go ahead 3 pointer against Lafayette High with seconds remaining earns the runner-up spot for the WRP Clip of the Year!

Congratulations to ALL of our Seniors who have chosen to continue their education or begin their careers! Throughout the school year, many members of the Class of 2026 have signed with their colleges/universities for academics and athletics and also the U.S. military.
