Peak to Peak is a K-12 public charter school in Boulder Valley School District. Students are taught to use integrity with their intelligence.

Ritu Murari (class of 2030) achieved First Place for her art piece titled “Soaring Eider” at the prestigious Federal Junior Duck Stamp competition. This competition, organized by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, serves as a platform to acknowledge and celebrate the conservation efforts of young individuals. It also plays a crucial role in promoting environmental and conservation education programs across the United States. Way to go, Puma!

The Colorado Department of Education recently recognized Peak to Peak with two notable awards:

The John Irwin School of Excellence Award recognizes schools that demonstrate excellent academic achievement on the school performance framework by "exceeding" expectations on the academic achievement indicator over three years.

The High School Academic Growth Award recognizes schools that demonstrate the highest levels of students' academic growth in reading, writing, and math.

These awards reflect years of outstanding academic achievement, growth, and our community's daily commitment to excellence in learning. Thank you!

Tyler Johnson ('27), Alan Meierhofer ('28), and David Van Etten ('28), along with the rest of the Lafayette Warriors, won the State Championship in Ultimate Frisbee on May 10th! 15 teams from around the state came to battle it out over the two-day tournament. After 7 hard-fought matches and only two losses, the Warriors came out on top. The final was a matchup between the Warriors and Monarch, with the Warriors winning 15-9. The ultimate way to cap off a season full of talent, growth, and camaraderie! Congratulations Pumas!

Congrats to the Peak to Peak swimmers who were part of the Monarch High School Boys Swimming & Diving team that defended their 4A state championship title! Seven Peak to Peak student-athletes competed in the state swim meet: David Brady ('27), Anders Fitzgerald ('29), Henry Fitzgerald ('27), Levi Hartter ('28), Joaquin Hoffer ('27), Will Rigney ('26), and Wyatt Stevenson ('27).

Three Peak to Peak swimmers competed at finals (David, Joaquin, and Will), contributing 50.5 points to the overall win.

Congrats, Pumas & Coyotes, on a fantastic season!

Congratulations to Sharvi Shahi (class of 2031), who won first place in grades 6-8 level for Chemists Celebrate Earth Week, sponsored by the Colorado Section of the American Chemical Society. Sharvi's poem is now being considered for the national-level entry. Her poem is a wonderful example of how art, creativity, and science can come together to inspire others.
