The CU Holiday concert is a family tradition! Now Luke is a CU Buff and his wonderful girlfriend, Nika, also a CU Buff, is singing in the choir. Great show as always.

My students had a great time performing at the group recital hosted by Boulder Area Music Teacher’s Association. 6 teachers and over 50 students participated.

The grand piano is back in its place in our home. Hurray! Still more to do with our remodeling but taking a break until next spring. The piano will be tuned on Friday and ready for piano duet rehearsals for the Multiple Piano Festival this month.

Sweet success! With one tip from me my adult student played a section of her piece instantly smoother. Piano tip of the day: Our eyes can only focus on one spot on the piano at a time. Look at the hand that is traveling and let the other hand go on automatic pilot. She did it and the very long pause is now gone! Great job, Valerie!
