Our Teen Collage campers really nailed it this past week with their projects! Students learned different methods of collaging to create portraits, landscapes, and more. We love everything they made and are so proud of how hard they worked! 🎨

Summer Camp Week 8 of 9 now complete! Our Fine Art campers finished the week off by decorating their artist tote bags while our Teen Painting campers showed off their magnificent paintings they made this week. Next week is the last summer camp for 2026! ☀️

Round 2 of the Teen Drawing camp wrapped up yesterday and my oh my did they blow our socks off! Students showed off their drawing skills in a variety of mediums - oil pastel, pencil, marker, chalk pastel, etc. - and pushed themselves to create such amazing work. We can’t believe there are only 2 weeks of summer camp left! ☀️

Teen Embroidery was a success! Our teen artists learned basic stitches and came up with designs to create. With fine precision and lots of patience, their projects turned out amazing! 🎨

Highlights from last week’s Teen Handbuilding camp! Students learned to roll out slabs to make clocks, make a pinch pot and coils to create vases & bowls, plus use their creativity to make an artist’s choice project with extra time. As always, we are so proud of everything they were able to create! 🎨

Highlights from this week’s Teen Painting camp! Students worked with pen & watercolors to create customized playing cards as well as acrylics to paint fruit slices, gorgeous landscapes, and mini paintings on wood slices. The week ended with Artist’s Choice pieces that really wowed us!

Our Teen Painting students amazed us this past week with their talent! Projects ranged oil pastel fruit slices to black & white metallic balloon letters to chalk pastel animals. We love everything they made and can’t wait to see what the next group makes in July! 🎨

That’s a wrap on the first two weeks of Teen Camps! Printmaking ushered in the summer last week, with different block printing methods and a taste of screenprinting. Sculpture kicked butt this week, with a clock project and paper mache food. We are so proud of our teen students and can’t wait to see what the make the rest of the summer! 🎨
