Summer Part of Term B runs July 6–July 31, so it's time to log in, show up, and make these next few weeks count!

📢 Reminder, Ragin' Cajuns!

Today, June 23, is the last day to drop a class or resign from a Part of Term A course.

If you're considering making changes to your schedule, be sure to submit your request before today's deadline.

📣 Please note: The Office of the University Registrar will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2026, in observance of Juneteenth.

Operations will resume on Monday, June 22, 2026.

It’s not too late. ⏰ There’s still time to apply for Summer Term B at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. The application deadline has been extended to Wednesday, June 24.

‼️Non-Pay Purge
• The Summer 2026 full-semester/A-term non-pay purge is scheduled for today, June 8th. A secondary non-payment purge will occur on June 10th for A-Term and June 16th for full-term.

🗂️Records Reminder
• The last day to request a change of major to be effective for the current Summer semester is June 16. Requests submitted after this date will be effective for Fall 2026.

University flags fly at half-staff and offices are closed on Monday, May 25, in observance of the holiday. We will reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday at 7:30 a.m.

The University of Louisiana at Lafayette will celebrate its Spring 2026 graduates during Commencement ceremonies on Friday, May 15, at the Cajundome.

Spring Commencement will feature three ceremonies for undergraduate and graduate students, with distinguished Louisiana leaders serving as speakers throughout the day.

🎓 The 9 a.m. ceremony for all graduates in the UL Lafayette B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration, the UL Lafayette College of Education & Human Development, and the UL Lafayette College of Nursing & Health Sciences will feature Bruce Greenstein, secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health.

🎓 At 1 p.m., graduates in the UL Lafayette College of Engineering and the UL Lafayette Ray P. Authement College of Sciences will hear from Julie Emerson, chief of staff for Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry.

🎓 The 5 p.m. ceremony for graduates in the UL Lafayette College of the Arts, the University of Louisiana at Lafayette College of Liberal Arts, and University College will feature Mark E. Romero, chairman of the University of University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors.

Tickets are not required, and ceremonies will be livestreamed on the CAJUNDOME website and the University’s main page. Guests attending in person should park at Cajun Field and note that the University’s clear bag policy will be in effect.
