Last Friday, our students enjoyed an exciting field trip to the Nature Station! 🌿 They had a wonderful time exploring and learning about bottomland hardwood forests, bayou habitats, fossils, and so much more. It was a fun day full of discovery and hands-on learning!

¡El viernes pasado, nuestros estudiantes disfrutaron de una emocionante excursión a la Estación de la Naturaleza! 🌿 Se divirtieron mucho mientras aprendían sobre los bosques de tierras bajas, los hábitats del bayou, los fósiles y mucho más. ¡Fue un día lleno de descubrimiento y aprendizaje!

Our students were learning about germination. 🌱🪴🫛

Fun fact: Germination is the critical biological process wherein a dormant seed resumes active growth to become a seedling, triggered by water, oxygen, and warmth.🌱🪴

Love is the Greatest

If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.
If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.
If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

Today, our Middle School students took part in a special Veterans Day project, learning about the meaning of service and the sacrifices made by our nation’s heroes. We are grateful for all who have served and protected our freedom. 🇺🇸

Hoy, nuestros estudiantes de Middle School participaron en un proyecto especial por el Día de los Veteranos, aprendiendo sobre el significado del servicio y los sacrificios hechos por los héroes de nuestra nación. Estamos agradecidos por todos aquellos que han servido y protegido nuestra libertad.
