This is why I love being a Pilates instructor for the past 8 years! It revolutionizes people’s bodies, even professional athletes. For the past 3 years I have been working with an ex-NFL player and it has challenged me as an instructor.

The perception that Pilates isn't for big, strong men is being exploded by a steady stream of NFL players making their way to the activity.
