Lafayette Ballet Theatre's instructors and facility provide the highest standard of classical ballet training. From creative movement to our advanced division, we value excellence, discipline, and artistic growth.
Additionally, our studios feature Harlequin sprung floors that offer better protection from possible dance-related injuries such as impact, slipping, or falling. We want to keep our dancers healthy and strong for life.
We have three divisions within our ballet school, Dance Conservatory, to challenge and encourage dancers from ages 4-18:

Our youngest dancers (ages 4-8) show parents all that they have learned over the course of the year with an in-studio demonstration. We love providing a low-stress performance opportunity for these students to shine.

Our summer ballet program is dedicated to improving the technique, artistry, and confidence of each dancer. All classes are held in our 6,000-square foot facility which has two studios each with Harlequin sprung floors that offer better protection from dance-related injuries such as impact, slipping, or falling. Dancers can appreciate the “feel” of the floor which gives them confidence to train at their best.
